An astonishingly rare breed, thought to be extinct. There were some rumoured sightings in Wales recently but after much excitement nothing materialised. Finally we have photographic evidence of this elusive creature.
Thanks for the comments guys – even the ones about sh1tt1ng myself. It was close during the sprint for the finish at Alfreton!
93rd, 74th, 63rd – points for top 60.
I am hopeful for Long Eaton on Saturday – who’s coming?
Thanks Adam, I have merely set the direction – racing is the future for the BarBars. & I don’t know about showing you how it’s done but I might well join you.
Is anyone else up for it?
Do we need a massed leg-shave event a week before?
Are you aiming to ride the whole series?
Which Cat. & start time applies?

Well done Pete! A Chairman leading from the front, not like the last one…

Maybe … but when I eventually do something heroic and demanding like Pete I will not:
a) have a peak on my helmet like a strange mountain bike rider
b) wear school pumps on a ride
c) sh it myself and leave the remnants

Living the Barbarian motto “ride until you shit yourself”. Well done Pete.

Well done Pete, very proud to be associated with a point scoring bike racer, that is if you wish to be associated.
Richard A and I are planning to do the Darley Moor Crit series if you fancy showing us how it’s done.
