I am looking into costs for an Alpine trip next July.

I think all of us are interested. If it is just us I am looking at the cost of a minibus and renting a mobile home on a campsite.

A possible itinerary:

Friday 1st July:

Depart v early in the morning

Hotel at 4pm in Grenoble

Drive to Alpes D’Huez to register for Marmotte

Saturday 2nd July:

Drive to Bourg D’Oisans with kit and park at campsite

Do Marmotte

Return to campsite for dinner

Sunday 3rd July:

R and R

Tour

Meal out

Monday 4th July:

Drive home

We could agree a route and those who want it harder go on for 20 min threshold session but then loop back to rejoin the ride ?
